About Ankurita Asom

Ankurita Asom was formed with an aim to create a prosperous and self-reliant Assam by developing agriculture, commerce, indigenous art & culture and to ensure that the agricultural fields yield harvest throughout all the seasons. Our aim is to make sure that the Assamese people progress through work without being dependent on anyone. A state can progress only when it becomes economically self-reliant. This can be achieved only when the state produces everything that it requires. Assam is abundant in natural resources and also has been endowed with fertile land and agriculture friendly climate. Our land can yield gold if we know how to harvest it.

Our Mission

Assamese society is mainly an agrarian society. Though the self dependence of our state in terms of agriculture has decreased In the recent times, the scope of earning through agriculture is still ample. With an aim to scientifically and systematically utilize our climate, the fertility of our agricultural land and local resources in the future in order to make our agricultural sector self sustaining, a group of entrepreneurs established a mission named, 'Ankurita Asom.. Bakori Matit Dhon'. This mission to keep Assam green forever through trade, and modern and scientific agriculture as well as animal husbandry and inclusion of local resources in industries will continue in the days to come.
